😴 Tirzepatide Dreams – Week 147
This is week 147 on Tirzepatide, and last night’s dreams were something else. Not nightmares—just vivid, intense, and packed with action. There was so much movement, like I was starring in my own superhero saga. This kind of dream intensity has been a recurring experience since starting the medication. It's wild how much mental activity kicks in during REM.

🧠 Interpretation
I’m staying in Central Jersey today—I'm here about half the week and home the other half. We got a short walk in at Colonial Park, one of my favorite places, but the rain and chill (mid-60s) cut it a little short.
Today’s a recovery day. Health metrics show I’m resilient, but energy’s on empty and HRV/coherence are still lagging. With wild dreams still lingering in my mind, I’m keeping the rest of the day low-key. Priorities: protein, fiber, hydration, and nervous system regulation.
