 Today started with sluggish energy and high stress, eased into productivity and connection, and then delivered an unexpected midday glucose crash. The big emotional win? Clearing out my storage unit and  donating clothes that are now too big —a symbolic and real milestone in this journey. I ended up spending the afternoon with friends, which helped emotionally and physically reset. Despite the energy challenges, I still managed to get a  30-minute walk , eat mindfully, and recover quickly from the glucose drop. This journey keeps evolving, and today’s data reminds me that healing doesn’t always feel like soaring—sometimes, it feels like endurance. Morning Check-In: At 6:35 AM, my nervous system was in full parasympathetic flow: Stress:  41% Energy:  84% Health:  100% HRV Score:  100% Nervous System Balance:  PSNS 100 / SNS 28 Clear head, calm body, and steady glucose at  99 mg/dL . This was one of those smooth-start mornings where everything aligned.
