 Tonight’s wind-down metrics show just how much my body has been holding together under pressure—and how much it's asking for a break. Stress:  75% (Elevated) Energy:  47% (Moderate) Health:  45% (Vulnerable, dropped 49%) HRV Score:  7% (Low variability = low recovery) Coherence:  72% (High—my systems are still syncing well) Glucose:  94 mg/dL, smooth and steady Despite the strain, I’m coping. My nervous system is still leaning toward the  sympathetic/fight-or-flight side , and my energy is being channeled just to maintain the basics. No surprise that my health score took a dive today. Still, I’m holding a strong coherence score, which tells me my brain, heart, and breath are working in harmony even under stress. That’s encouraging. Glucose is in a great place—flat and in range.
