Last night’s sleep was solid, but the dreams were something else. I’m in week 147 on Tirzepatide, and I’ve definitely noticed a trend with increasingly vivid REM cycles. Last night’s were full-on superhero mode—not bad dreams, just chaotic, detailed, and fast-paced. My subconscious was on a mission.
