🧬 Monday, June 9, 2025 – A Puffier Day in the System, But Glucose Stayed Sharp
Today was one of those “my face looks like it’s storing acorns” kind of mornings. I woke up visibly swollen—my rings didn’t fit, and my face was rounder than usual. This is a familiar sign of a Hashimoto’s flare for me, and paired with some autonomic imbalance and lower energy, it pretty much confirmed what my body was already whispering.
📉 Glucose & Metabolic Data (Libre 3 CGM)
Midday Glucose: 106 mg/dL → Stable
No overnight lows or post-meal spikes
✅ Glucose remained in the green zone all day—even with elevated sugar intake.

Stress / Energy / Health
⏰ 12:42 PM: 60% / 41% / 100%
⏰ 9:19 PM: 82% / 27% / 100%
⚠️ Evening stress surged to 82% while energy dropped to 27% — definitely evidence of a system that stayed in overdrive all day. But health resilience held at 100%, showing my body is compensating well, just working hard to do it.
🔁 Nervous System Balance

🌀 Rebounded nicely—probably due to dinner timing and calmer environment.
HRV: 25% (low)
→ Consistent with overall swelling, fatigue, and the effort my system is putting in to manage inflammation and recovery.
