𩺠Holding Steady Through the Strain – June 30, 2025
š Morning Check-In
I woke up dizzy, full-on vertigo š¤¢, so I stayed in bed and took my meds. I’m almost certain I skipped my blood-pressure pill because my heart went wild later. Lesson logged.
š Heart & Glucose
Apple Watch pinged me three times while I was sitting quietly: 102–108 bpm at 4:41 PM, 101–107 bpm at 5:57 PM, 99–105 bpm at 6:31 PM š
CGM line stayed calm š, just a gentle bump after lunch, then coasting in the green zone all evening. No hypos, no scary spikes.
š Supplement & Med Stack
✅ All the usual suspects
š« GLP-1 Activate (I’ve ditched it, zero benefit)
š« NeuroGum
❓ BP med, probably missed
š„ Macros (MyFitnessPal)
Carbs 174 g, Sugar 80 g
Protein 130 g
Fat 36 g
Fiber 18 g š, so the carbs didn’t slam my blood sugar
š Welltory Snapshot
Stress 80 % š¤
Energy 39 % š

Coherence 0 %
My body ran on fight-or-flight all day, yet it never crashed. That’s resilience at work.
š What Today Taught Me
Vertigo plus missed meds equals tachy trouble. Even so, stable glucose and a decent protein hit kept me upright. Tracking everything turned a rough day into data I can use.
š Plan for July 1
Put BP meds next to my toothbrush, no excuses šŖ„
Front-load protein and fiber at breakfast š³
Sip at least 90 oz water with one electrolyte packet š§
Gentle walk if the room stops spinning š¶♀️
Three minutes of box breathing before lights out š®šØ
Some days thriving is overrated, staying steady counts. I stayed steady. šŖ
