I woke up dizzy, full-on vertigo ๐คข, so I stayed in bed and took my meds. I’m almost certain I skipped my blood-pressure pill because my heart went wild later. Lesson logged.

Apple Watch pinged me three times while I was sitting quietly: 102–108 bpm at 4:41 PM, 101–107 bpm at 5:57 PM, 99–105 bpm at 6:31 PM ๐
CGM line stayed calm ๐, just a gentle bump after lunch, then coasting in the green zone all evening. No hypos, no scary spikes.

Vertigo plus missed meds equals tachy trouble. Even so, stable glucose and a decent protein hit kept me upright. Tracking everything turned a rough day into data I can use.

Put BP meds next to my toothbrush, no excuses ๐ชฅ
Front-load protein and fiber at breakfast ๐ณ

Some days thriving is overrated, staying steady counts. I stayed steady. ๐ช
