I woke up dizzy, full-on vertigo ๐Ÿคข, so I stayed in bed and took my meds. I’m almost certain I skipped my blood-pressure pill because my heart went wild later. Lesson logged.

  • Apple Watch pinged me three times while I was sitting quietly: 102–108 bpm at 4:41 PM, 101–107 bpm at 5:57 PM, 99–105 bpm at 6:31 PM ๐Ÿ’“

  • CGM line stayed calm ๐Ÿ“ˆ, just a gentle bump after lunch, then coasting in the green zone all evening. No hypos, no scary spikes.

Vertigo plus missed meds equals tachy trouble. Even so, stable glucose and a decent protein hit kept me upright. Tracking everything turned a rough day into data I can use.

  1. Put BP meds next to my toothbrush, no excuses ๐Ÿชฅ

  2. Front-load protein and fiber at breakfast ๐Ÿณ

  3. Sip at least 90 oz water with one electrolyte packet ๐Ÿ’ง

  4. Gentle walk if the room stops spinning ๐Ÿšถ‍♀️

  5. Three minutes of box breathing before lights out ๐Ÿ˜ฎ‍๐Ÿ’จ

Some days thriving is overrated, staying steady counts. I stayed steady. ๐Ÿ’ช
