May 26, 2025 – Health Metrics Summary
Metrics Overview:
Stress: Dropped steadily throughout the day, ending at 37% (light)
Energy: Peaked late in the day at 98% (plenty)
Health: Held strong all day at 100% (resilient)
HRV Score: Ended on a high note—100%, reflecting excellent nervous system adaptability
Glucose: Dipped to 63 mg/dL at 2:05 PM—an unexpected hypoglycemic episode. The rest of the day remained stable between 85–100 mg/dL
Nervous System Balance: Strong parasympathetic dominance by evening (15 SNS / 100 PSNS), ideal for wind-down and recovery
Despite a moderate start to the day energy-wise, my stats climbed as the day progressed, leaving me fully charged by evening. My HRV rebounded beautifully, hitting a perfect 100%—a strong marker of resilience and recovery capacity.
That said, I did experience a sudden hypoglycemic dip at 2:05 PM (63 mg/dL) which came out of the blue. It was brief but reminded me how crucial it is to stay ahead of fueling and manage macronutrient timing more tightly, especially with my known reactive hypoglycemia.
Nutrition & Macros:
I logged 1,601 calories today with 137 calories earned through movement. My intake leaned higher in fat (90g), with carbs at 117g and protein at 106g. While I stayed just under my calorie goal, I fell short on fiber and overshot on saturated fat. Macros landed at:
48% fat
27% carbs
25% protein
This wasn’t my best protein-forward day, but considering how energized I felt by evening, it didn’t derail me. Still, tomorrow I’ll aim to rebalance with a stronger lean-protein base and a fiber bump.
Supplement + Medication Stack:
Upon waking: NP Thyroid, Lopressor
Late Morning: Neuro Gum
Pre-lunch: CataKor NAD+ precursors, Happy Saffron Plus, Alpha Brain, Triquetra 7.5mg methylated folate
Afternoon: CoQ10, D3/K2
Evening (pre-dinner): GLP Activate
Zepbound (tirzepatide): Fridays only
Movement + Recovery:
Closed my Apple rings again—another day of getting the 22 minutes in and then some. That consistent motion, even on busy hospital days, is paying off in how resilient my body feels.
Summary:
The big takeaway? My body feels ready, recharged, and highly adaptive by nightfall. Today’s low glucose blip reminded me to keep snacks on standby and not underestimate what might trigger a dip. But overall? A win.
