May 17 Health Check-In: Morning vs. Evening Welltory Comparison

I kicked off the day at 8:14 AM with Welltory showing:

  • Health: 100 % (Resilient)

  • Focus: 63 % (Decent)

  • Energy: 43 % (Moderate)

  • Stress: 72 % (Elevated)

By 6:09 PM, here’s the shift:

  • Health: 100 % → 100 % (still Resilient)

  • Focus: 63 % → 83 % (Decent → Sharp)

  • Energy: 43 % → 94 % (Moderate → Plenty)

  • Stress: 72 % → 34 % (Elevated → Light)

My autonomic balance flipped from SNS-dominant in the morning to PSNS-dominant this evening (SNS 28 / PSNS 90). Coherence dipped (75 % → 26 %), but HRV soared to 100 % (High).

My CGM- Libre 3 at 6:07 PM: 85 mg/dL—well within range.  It’s been a good glucose day.  No dips to speak of.

Nutrition (by 6:16 PM):

  • Protein: 119 g / 152 g goal

  • Carbs: 131 g / 152 g goal

  • Fat: 79 g / 58 g goal

  • Fiber: 5 g / 21 g goal

Supplements & Meds (all taken):
NP Thyroid, Lopressor, Zepbound 12.5 mg (Friday), Alpha Brain, Happy Saffron Plus, CataKor NAD+, Triquetra L-methylfolate 7.5 mg, Triquetra GLP Activate, NeuroGum, Physician’s Choice Digestive Enzymes, Peppermint stomach soother.

How exciting! Zepbound Week 143 started yesterday, on Friday.  12.5 has been great for me but the weight loss is sluggish again and my inflammation is increasing. Or, not decreasing the way it used to with 12.5.

I LOVE how when I got home, took a bth, and snuggled a bit, my metrics showed DECREASED stress.

Here’s the science:

I noticed the big swing in my Welltory numbers today because of a few key factors:

  1. Supplements & meds kicking in
I took my Friday-night Zepbound dose plus my morning stack (Alpha Brain, Happy Saffron Plus, CataKor NAD+, L-methylfolate, GLP Activate, NeuroGum) and they gradually ramped up my mitochondrial energy and neurotransmitter balance. By mid-afternoon, my energy shot from 43 % to 94 % and my focus from 63 % to 83 %.

  2. Stable blood sugar
My Libre stayed between 85–100 mg/dL after breakfast and lunch. Keeping glucose steady prevents cortisol spikes and gives my brain a smooth fuel supply, so my stress fell from 72 % down to 34 %.

  3. Circadian & activity rhythms
Cortisol naturally peaks early to help me wake up, then tapers off. Plus, my mid-morning walk nudged me into parasympathetic (“rest-and-digest”) mode—reflected by my shift to PSNS-dominant (SNS 28/PSNS 90).

  4. Recovery vs. coherence
Even though my coherence dipped (75 % → 26 %), that’s normal when I switch from rest to active problem-solving. Meanwhile my HRV rocketed from 15 % to 100 %, showing my autonomic system is flexible and responsive.

  5. Macros fueling me
Hitting 119 g of protein (78 % of goal) and nearly my carb target gave me sustained, balanced energy. Protein in particular supports dopamine and epinephrine production—key for alertness and mood.

All together—supps/meds, stable glucose, circadian timing, a brisk walk, and solid macros—explain how I went from “moderate energy & high stress” in the morning to “plenty of energy & light stress” by evening.
