May 13, 2025 – Daily Health Log

Today reminded me that even with structure, balance, and intention, your body can wave a red flag midstream—and you have to listen.

Morning Metrics
Early signs were solid:

  • Stress: 31%

  • Energy: 56%

  • Health Resilience: 100%

  • HRV Score: 58%

Daily Medications:

  • NP Thyroid

  • Lopressor

Supplement Stack (Morning):

Exercise:
I got in a 31-minute walk, hitting my movement target for the day and honoring my 22minutesaday commitment. The walk felt restorative, not draining—exactly what I needed.

Macros for the Day:

  • Calories: 1,773 (target: 1,736)

  • Protein: 121g

  • Carbs: 189g

  • Fat: 64g

  • Fiber: 11g

  • Sugar: 128g

I nailed calorie and protein targets, but sugar intake was far too high and fiber was still under goal. That imbalance caught up with me later.

Afternoon Metrics (3:36 PM):

  • Stress: jumped to 76%

  • Energy: fell to 25%

  • HRV Score: dropped to 17%

  • Nervous System Balance: SNS 43, PSNS 10 – sympathetic tilt

Reflection
My glucose stayed stable (mostly in the 90s), and my step count was on point, but internally, my body said “no more.” Likely culprits: sugar overload, poor fiber, and cumulative fatigue. Still, my health resilience held steady at 100%, and that’s the win I’m carrying forward.

Tomorrow’s goal: lower sugar, higher fiber, another gentle walk, and listening sooner.
